UK DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION

We work with trusted third-party couriers to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes are based on their published guidance and may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g. delays in transit, weather, or access issues).

DELIVERY & COLLECTION OPTIONS

National Courier Delivery (Mainland UK & Northern Ireland)

Dispatched Monday to Friday only

No dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays for Online Orders

Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) — dispatched the same day

Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends — dispatched the next working day


We currently do not deliver to: Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, or Isles of Scilly

 

Local Delivery (Holmfirth & Surrounding Areas)

Available 7 days a week

Typical delivery window: 6pm–9pm

Please allow up to 2 hours for preparation time

Delivery slot will be confirmed by email or text

 

Local Collection (Holmfirth)

Available 7 days a week

Please allow up to 2 hours for order preparation

Collection is available once you receive your “Ready to Collect” email

ORDER CONFIRMATION & AMENDMENTS

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be amended (including products, address or delivery details).

Please double check your delivery address before completing checkout, as incorrect details may result in delays or failed delivery.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

Once dispatched via courier, you will receive tracking information with an estimated delivery window. Local delivery or collection times will be confirmed directly by email or text.

If no one is available to receive a courier delivery:

A re-attempt is usually made on the next working day, or

It may be delivered to a safe place if selected by you

IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED

This may be due to:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Courier delays (e.g. weather, vehicle issues, access restrictions)

No recipient available to receive the parcel

 

If your order has not arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact hello@holmfirthbakery.com and we will investigate.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING TERMS

Once your order has been:

Delivered directly to you, or

Left in a safe place or with a neighbour at your request or instruction (including via courier tracking links or delivery notes)

Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you or the recipient at that point.
